Bobcat Athletic Foundation Gift Information

YOUR CONTRIBUTION
Most membership levels contain both a donation and ticket benefit. It is the donation which allows members to buy the tickets, the value of which is displayed. Contributions to the BAF are tax deductible as allowed under federal and state tax regulations. At the conclusion of your commitment in a particular calendar year, or upon request each January, the BAF will mail to all members a tax information statement. It is recommended you consult your tax advisor for further clarification.

PAYMENT PLANS
Several Payment Plans are available to BAF Foundation members, depending on level. The BAF will work with you to customize a payment plan that fits your personal budget.

CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED
The Bobcat Athletic Foundation accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express cards for pledge payments. Contact our office to set up an automatic payment plan and do not worry about returning your payment or losing your statement!

MATCHING GIFTS
Many companies will match donations (not tickets) by their employees to colleges and universities. Contact your human resources office to see if you can increase your gift to the Bobcat Athletic Foundation. If you have any questions, please contact our office.

ENDOWMENT GIFTS
The Bobcat Athletic Foundation has its own endowment with a principal balance of over $120,000.00. Donations may be added to this endowment or you may establish your own endowment to benefit Bobcat Athletics. To learn more about endowment details, please contact Assistant Athletics Director Tim McMurray at 512-245-2210.

PLANNED GIFT
The BAF features a planned giving program, with specific consultation from a full-time SWT staff member. A planned gift enables contributors to name the Bobcat Athletic Foundation as the beneficiary of special gifts such as cash, securities, property, life insurance and charitable remainder trusts. Contact the BAF Office for more information.
