Priority Point System and Seating Policies

BOBCAT ATHLETIC FOUNDATION
(drafted 2/15/03)

PRIORITY PRIME SEATING
Bobcat Athletic Foundation members receive first consideration for season ticket and other ticket requests. Priority seating assignments and upgrades will be made, beginning with the 2004 football season, based on Bobcat Athletic Foundation giving history, the number of tickets requested, and availability.

Seating allocations and assignments take place after the specified handling deadline to allow previous members the opportunity to renew their tickets. This means that we will not know what locations will be available until after the renewal deadline.

We are also not able to predict the number of donors who will request a specific location or the sequence in which their request will be reviewed. Therefore, there are no guarantees as to location. All requests will be ranked and filled top-down within each annual giving level based on the priority point system.

All efforts will be made to fulfill each request. However, if the requested or desired location is not available, we will assign you the next best available location. Gifts to the BAF are non-refundable. Your annual gift provides charitable support for Texas State student-athletes and as such is not an implicit guarantee of ticket locations.

PRIORITY POINT SYSTEM
The Bobcat Athletic Foundation Priority Point System will be used to determine priority when allocating all season ticket upgrades, ticket allocations for postseason contests and special athletic events.
