Keithon Kerley is in his first year as the associate director of Texas State's Athletic Academic Center where he works with both men's and women's basketball. Prior to taking the position in athletics, Kerley worked as an academic advisor for the University College Department at Texas State and served as a graduate assistant for student organizations in the campus activities office. Kerley has also worked as the Assistant Coordinator for New Student Orientation at Texas State, a Special Education Teacher at Paredes Middle School and as a lab instructor for the Department of Communication Studies at Texas State. Kerley graduated from Texas State with a bachelor's degree in communication studies in 1998 and is working on a master's degree in professional counseling, which is expected to be completed by August 2006. |
